Day dreaming about a relaxing week away and don’t have the time to plan things?

Is your inner conversation on repeat with with one sentence: “no me time”?

Do you wish you could take some time away, look after yourself, learn some gentle practices and make a difference in the world at the same time?

WHAT IS IT?

A retreat. A learning opportunity. A time for selfcare. A generous contribution to a local non-profit.

Imagine a trip, somewhere far away from your office and emails, in the heart of nature, surrounded by mountains and lush forests, where you can nourish your mind and body with daily yoga and meditation, fresh organic vegetarian farm to table food, float in a Himalyan crystal salt swimming pool, indulge in daily routines of self care, learning, massage and aromatherapy, ride your bycicle through the hills and explore the fields, day dream in centuries old temples, and…..

….what if by doing all this you could support other women who are stepping up to change their lives? and what if the only thing you need to plan is your airline ticket?

YOU ARE INVITED TO REGISTER, HOP ON THE PLANE, AND LEAVE ALL THE REST TO US

Give yourself a week in the hills of Northern Thailand, reset and recharge ahead of the Spring Equinox and let your selfcare support the local Center for Girls, a non-profit organization fighting for women’s rights, domestic abuse and sex trafficking.

Even if you are unable to attend the retreat, consider donating to the Center for Girls. Any amount will support them in fighting for women’s rights, against domestic abuse and sex trafficking.

Here is a message from the Center For Girls:

“Join us in our work to end human trafficking and empower women leaders in Chiang Rai Province. You can choose to donate directly to Center for Girls, or read about and donate to one of our Emergency Cases

Help us grow and become stronger

Most of CFG’s funding is restricted to specific projects. There are not many donors who fund ‘core’ costs, however, ‘core funding’ (i.e. unallocated funding that contributes to all of the organization’s work) is incredibly valuable. It provides charities with the opportunity to grow and improve, strengthens their effectiveness at delivering objectives, and enables them to become more flexible and responsive to changes. By donating to this campaign, you will help facilitate CFG’s development and contribute to its overall operations.

You can also help us provide Emergency Assistance:

Most of CFG’s sponsored projects are sustainable, participatory, and take place over several years. But staff often encounter cases of individuals or families who need immediate assistance in order to feed themselves, have a safe place to live, or send a child to school. Click on a name to find out more about their case and how a relatively small donation can have a huge effect for families trapped by circumstance and poverty.
